Meet Nourished You’s founder Emma, kickstarting her career in 2000 after graduating with a degree in BSc Sports Science. She has worked in a wide variety of settings from gyms, to clinics, to studios - specialising over the years in rehabilitation, GP referral exercise, mixed ability exercise classes and 1:1 personal training. Evidently, Emma’s breadth of experience led her back to pilates every time, repeatedly observing how profound each client’s results were. A true pilates enthusiast, who is continually learning and harnessing her craft. Emma’s motivation is fuelled by a love of empowering others, supporting her clients in mastering the art of breathing and in achieving complete balance between body and mind.
