Shoulder & Pelvic Floor Workshops

Shoulder Wellness Workshop - Hosted by Emma Caldwell-Lewis

In response to many clients struggling with maintaining healthy shoulder ROM (range of movement), Nourished You has held numerous shoulder exercise workshops.

The scapula, aka the shoulder blade, is known for its mobility and if not optimally functional, can be extremely debilitating. The workshops are designed as a guide to start optimising your shoulder health. As well as supporting workshop attendees experiencing shoulder issues, the workshops are also targeted towards those who wish to take a preventative approach. Therefore lessening their chances of developing shoulder pain or degenerative conditions in the future.

A comprehensive, practical session with takeaway video clips of exercises to practice at home. Featuring internationally recognised formulas including the Franklin Method, MFA Joint Mobility, Biomechanics, plus drawing upon personal experience. The workshops encompass step-by-step demonstration as well as time to practice yourself, observe and support one another throughout the session.

The result? Positive feedback from clients about noticeable, and at times, life-changing improvement to shoulder health, and lessening discomfort and shoulder pain over time.
